Compliance-forward. Enterprise-ready. We are now hiring our founding CTO to own the entire technology vision, architecture, and execution — and to be a true partner in this journey. Prior experience in fintech or payments infrastructure is essential. We’re not building DeFi toys or another Web3 wallet. We’re building rails that move real money, in regulated environments, with real businesses and real compliance. What You’ll Do Vision & Leadership • Co-own and co-develop the product and technology vision with the CEO. • Serve as the technical face of the company with investors, partners, and customers. • Build and scale the core engineering team, instilling strong product and security culture. Architecture & Execution • Architect a high-performance, secure, scalable crypto payments platform, including: • Multi-chain transaction layer (starting with stablecoins on Solana, Polygon, Ethereum) • Fiat offramp and payment processor integrations • Embedded card stack (issuer processing, card management) • Tokenization stack for RWA and smart contracts • Payment financing workflows • Enterprise APIs and reporting • Establish rigorous engineering, DevOps, and security practices. • Manage the build-buy-partner strategy for core components and accelerate delivery. • Drive fast but compliant MVP launch and iterate quickly based on market feedback. Talent & Culture • Attract and hire top engineering talent across India and globally. • Build a high-performance engineering culture rooted in quality, transparency, and ownership. • Work cross-functionally with Product, BD, Compliance, and Ops leaders. What We’re Looking For Must-Have • Deep experience as a founding engineer / early-stage CTO / Tech Lead in fintech, payments, crypto, or DeFi. • Proven ability to architect scalable transaction systems — payments, wallets, custody, or equivalent. • Solid knowledge of multi-chain ecosystems (Solana, EVM chains) and associated dev tools. • Strong understanding of KYC/AML, compliance, fiat ramps, and tokenization legal frameworks (or eagerness to learn fast). • Passion for building secure, compliant, scalable systems from zero to one. • Strong leadership and ability to recruit, mentor, and scale teams. • Willingness to take true co-founder responsibility and ownership. Bonus • Prior experience in building card stack integrations (BIN sponsorship, issuer processor). • Experience building or integrating RWA tokenization platforms. • Experience with cross-border payments, FX, or payment financing (BNPL/PayFi) products. • Exposure to enterprise SaaS APIs and B2B sales motion. • Experience scaling teams across locations • Prior experience operating in MSB / EMI / card-regulated environments.
