We're looking for Collections Assistant to join our remote team. Responsibilities: Update and maintain accurate delinquent accounts information and records. Prepare and provide regular reports on debt collection activities and progress. Adhere to all state and federal collection laws and regulations. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely payment of debts. Requirements 2+ years of experience in collections Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle difficult customers, resolve conflicts and negotiate payment plans Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of state and federal collections laws and regulations (preferred) Language: English (fluent), French (Fluent) Salary: Starting $800 Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, (2 days off on weekdays) 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
