This role involves contacting customers to resolve past-due accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records while fostering positive customer relationships.   This is a remote position that is based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.   What You'll Do: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation: - Monitor and track outstanding debts to ensure timely collection. - Manage multiple delinquent accounts and execute effective recovery strategies. - Locate and contact customers regarding overdue balances. - Develop and implement plans to recover owed funds efficiently. - Negotiate payment terms and settlement arrangements. - Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy. - Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers. - Update account information, payment activity, and collection notes in databases accurately and promptly. - Other duties as assigned.   What You'll Need: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections or related customer service role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Persuasive and active listening abilities. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office and database management. - Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset. - Energetic, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow. - Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools and emerging technologies.   Benefits We Offer: Factual Data offers comprehensive healthcare benefits to eligible employees including: medical, HSA, prescription, vision, dental.
