Job Overview We are seeking experienced and passionate College Application Essay Editors to join our team. The ideal candidates will be graduates from top Ivy League schools with multiple years of experience in coaching students through the college application process. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on students' futures. Key Responsibilities: • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to high school students on their college application essays. • Help students brainstorm, outline, draft, and revise their essays to effectively highlight their strengths and achievements. • Offer constructive feedback and edits to ensure essays are clear, engaging, and impactful. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of college application trends and requirements. • Work closely with students and their families to understand their goals and tailor your coaching approach accordingly. • Manage a caseload of students and ensure timely delivery of their essays. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in college application coaching or a related field. • Exceptional writing and editing skills. • Strong understanding of the college application process and essay requirements. • Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate students to produce their best work. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Passionate about education and committed to student success. • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top college (Ivy school preferred) Job Type: Contract Pay: $35.00 - $80.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
