Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) Freelancer

A high-growth strategy consulting firm is seeking a senior associate to join its Private Equity & Strategic Growth team. The firm works closely with lower mid-market through to large private equity funds ($50M–$100M+ revenue portfolio companies), supporting investment decisions and post-deal value creation. This is a freelance engagement where the project will be on average 4 to 5 weeks. This role is 100% remote and candidates can live anywhere in the US and will be expected to work US Eastern Time hours. Day rate is $800/day to $1000/day.
