Duties • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their commercial real estate needs. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties for clients. • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms. • Create and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties. • Provide guidance on property management and maintenance issues. • Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. • Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and reports to clients. • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout all transactions. • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Experience • Proven experience in sales or customer service within the real estate industry is preferred. • Familiarity with commercial real estate practices including property management and administrative tasks. • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. • Knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations is essential. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong marketing skills to effectively promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants. • Prior experience in real estate administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
