The ideal candidate will have experience in: Commercial Real Estate Transactions Acquisitions & Dispositions Commercial Leasing Real Estate Development Real Estate Finance Commercial Lending Business Formation Corporate Governance Mergers & Acquisitions Asset and Stock Sales Contract Negotiation Outside General Counsel Services The ideal candidate enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to clients and building long-term relationships with businesses and organizations. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admission to Connecticut Bar preferred Significant experience in commercial real estate and/or business transactions Established portable book of business preferred Demonstrated success developing and maintaining client relationships Strong business development skills Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in contributing to firm growth Interested in hearing more?
