They are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead their financial operations and contribute to their ongoing success. Job Description • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. • Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. • Monitor financial transactions and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all tax regulations. • Work closely with other departments, including finance, operations, and management, to support business objectives. • Prepare reports for senior management, identifying key financial trends and areas for improvement. The Successful Applicant • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a management role. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting. • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). • Excellent analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a collaborative work environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
