JOB TITLE: Confirmation Associate - Home Remodeling
JOB TYPE: Remote - Full-Time Permanent
HOURS: 40 hours/week
PAY:
Training Period (First 2 Weeks): $4.00/hour
Post-Training Rate (Week 3 through 12 Months): $5.00/hour
Tenure Rate (After 12 Months): $6.50/hour
Schedule:
Monday to Sunday, Pacific time, we have 2 shifts
Morning – 8:00 AM
Afternoon – 11:00 AM

Job Description:
Confirming Set Appointments to Issued (Run) Appointments is one of the most important tasks in our business. It is important to verify the appointment to make sure it fits all of the necessary criteria, before it is issued to a Design Consultant. But it is also crucial to do so in a way that does not anger or alienate the potential customer.
We need to route the appointments in a way that makes sense for our sales team. The appointments from point A to point B need to be routed logically so the salesperson doesn’t waste a lot of time driving, and instead is meeting with our clients.
Responsibilities:
Confirm appointments
Manage geography/routing of set appointments
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
Provide Customer Service
Manage sales team schedules
Text/Email correspondence with clients/sales team
To save appointment cancellations
To reset and reschedule appointments
To review Sales results and dispute if applicable
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skills – both written and speaking
Team Leader or Trainer is a big PLUS
Logistics and Dispatching is an advantage
