Job Description: • Engage in physical tasks, such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials, to support construction projects. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately. • Assist in site preparation, material handling, and job site cleanup. • Install and repair structures, fixtures, and systems according to specifications. • Conduct inspections to identify and troubleshoot issues, making necessary repairs and adjustments. • Operate and maintain various construction tools, equipment, and machinery safely. • Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. • Ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations, and company safety standards. • Provide guidance and support to technicians. • Complete assigned tasks within established timelines and report progress to the supervisor.
