Job Description:
• Advise Clients on all-things Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Data Studio or Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Tealium; capabilities of the tool, where to find answers to business questions, and solutions for integrations with other tools.
• Creating and carrying out tasks in Asana, while handling all client communications (answering emails, taking notes in meetings)
• Maintain client relationships and be their liaison throughout projects and tasks.
• Digest Client implementations and data to determine conclusions or methods for solutions.
• Answering client questions and attending client meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field
• Demonstrable experience in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• 1 - 2 years experience working in Google Tag Manager or comparable tag management system
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and ensure timely delivery, providing the highest level of quality and empathy towards all clients and internal teams
• Exemplary presentation skills and interpersonal skills, with previous client facing experience
