About the position Responsibilities • Consult with internal clients • Create executive summaries, presentations, and reports • Engage with business partners • Present at department meetings • Provide analysis and recommendations • Pursues effective relationships with others by sharing information with coworkers and members. • Completes routine work assignments by following procedures and policies and using data, and resources with oversight and management. • Provides consulting support under the guidance of more senior team members to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders. • Assists in the development of requirements for business, process, or system solutions within assigned business domain(s). • Supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. • Supports strategic planning and organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives. • Serves as an advocate of continuous learning and professional development. • Assists in the management of project components under the guidance of team members. • Performs data analyses to support business initiatives under the guidance of more senior team members. • Supports compliance of work activities by adhering to KP, departmental, and/or business line policies and procedures. Requirements • At least 60 credits towards a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university OR Minimum one (1) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations, or a directly related field.
