Contact Center Agent

Our top performers are earning $80-90k annually! Responsibilities: • Conduct 200+ outbound calls/day to prospective customers to introduce products and services. • Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to address customer inquiries effectively. • Encourage the customer to receive a competitive quote from a licensed agent • Engage in warm calling strategies to build rapport with potential clients. • Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Must live AZ • High-Volume Calling: Experience in outbound/inbound sales, telemarketing, or call centers. • Metrics-Driven: Proven success in exceeding performance targets. • Team Player: Work independently while collaborating with sales teams. • Customer Engagement: Build rapport, handle objections, and persuade prospects to proceed with a quote. • Resilience & Adaptability: Maintain a positive and goal-driven attitude while handling objections and rejections.
