As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Call Handling: Handle incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Outbound Call Handling: Make outbound calls to customers regarding account status, complaints, account collections, and other related issues.
• Problem Resolution: Direct calls to senior representatives or specialized teams for further problem resolution, if necessary.
