We focus on delivering a high-end experience both in-store and across digital platforms, with an emphasis on strong visual storytelling and brand consistency.
We are seeking a Content Creator to lead the creation and execution of photo, video, and digital content across all digital channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both production and platform strategy and can actively manage and grow our digital presence. You should have a strong working knowledge of camera operation and be comfortable using professional equipment in a production environment. What You’ll Do
• Create professional photo and video content for social media and marketing that supports product, story telling and services provided.
• Assist marketing manager in the production of YouTube content
• Manage posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Plan and maintain a structured content calendar
• Write captions and assist with blog content, including writing, image sourcing, and directing contributors
• Identify trends and opportunities to develop new creative concepts that align with a refined, luxury brand presence
• Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand presence and reach
• Understand and adhere to all internal and brand partner compliance standards
• Respond to social media inquiries and direct messages in a timely, professional manner
• Track and report on social media performance weekly
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, launches, and events
• Assist in the creation and deployment of paid advertising campaigns
• Organize digital files and maintain clear documentation
• Support marketing initatives through planning, communication and attending store and networking events
• Assisting in any and all other marketing duties assigned to you
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content creation or social media management
• Very strong photography and videography skills with a clear understanding of lighting and composition
• Comfortable shooting on both professional cameras and smartphones
• Demonstrated Proficiency in editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, and Photoshop
• Familiarity with Sony camera systems is a plus
• Ability to shoot content in-store and at off-site locations
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Comfortable writing clear, polished, brand-appropriate copy
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects
