Role Overview
As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for ensuring content is represented in the most effective way and placing “the user” at the center of everything we do. You will oversee content requirements and create content strategy deliverables across the project life cycle.
What You Will Do
Lead projects, conduct user research, analyze website content, and develop strategic materials such as marketing playbooks and user personas.

Requirements
- Excellent, highly creative communication and critical-thinking skills
- 5+ years of professional writing experience, with 3 years writing web and mobile content
- Experience managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually and collaborating across teams
- Experience with SEO and SEM preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, HCI, or related field
