Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Candidate Guidance: Guide candidates throughout the entire hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from prospecting to onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing methods, including social media, internal and external databases, and building a vast referral network within industry organizations to attract top talent.
- Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with hiring managers at all levels, understanding their needs and preferences to make quality hires.
- Candidate Qualification: Qualify prospective candidates via resume review, phone screens, and in-person interviews to assess skills and determine potential job matches.
- Communication and Documentation: Manage the communication process with candidates and efficiently document recruiting activity in our Applicant Tracking System.

Essential Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Degree or equivalent work experience, with 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
