Datarails is growing fast - and we’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to help us scale top talent across the UK & Europe.In this role, you won’t be bogged down with cold outreach or scheduling logistics—our rockstar sourcing team handles that! You’ll focus on what you do best: building strong candidate relationships, running high-quality processes, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.What You'll Do:Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the UK and EuropeBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers across departmentsDeliver a smooth, high-touch candidate experienceKeep hiring teams aligned, informed, and on trackUse SparkHire/Comeet (bonus if you already know them!)What We’re Looking For:Based in the Eastern Time ZoneProven experience recruiting for high-growth startupsStrong communicator and relationship builderSkilled in fast-paced, agile environmentsExperience with international hiring (UK/EU) is a MUSTBonus: Familiarity with SparkHire/ComeetThis is a remote contract role (30 hours/week to start) with flexibility, autonomy, and a fun, fast-moving team.
