About the Role: Tech Recruiter (Contract | 6 months) We’re looking for a passionate Tech Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end technology hiring. You’ll partner with hiring managers and leadership to source, engage, and close top tech talent — directly shaping the future of Fam’s tech teams. Key Responsibilities -Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → closure). -Build strong pipelines via LinkedIn, InstaHyre, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and networks. -Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities. -Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication. -Negotiate offers and drive smooth onboarding of selected candidates. -Track and report hiring metrics to optimize efficiency. Requirements -2–4 years in tech recruitment (startup/product-based hiring preferred). -Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter, InstaHyre, Naukri, AngelList, GitHub, etc. -Proven success in hiring across Engineering, Product & Data roles. -Ability to juggle multiple requirements and deliver under tight timelines. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Available to join immediately on a contract basis.
