You will be required to ensure the Councils Repairs, Maintenance and Capital Works Contractors carry out all repairs, in Council owned properties, in accordance with Regulations and manufacturer’s instructions and guidance. You will have responsibility for a defined area of up to 23 000 properties. You will be experienced in inspecting and diagnosing building defects to both low and high rise tower blocks and ordering remedial works to be carried out by our nominated contractor.      Please upload your up-to-date CV via the attachments part of your application, this is required for shortlisting.
