Job Title: Copilot & Power Platform Governance Lead Location: Remote Clearance: Active Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a Copilot & Power Platform Governance Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and AI governance . The role will focus on defining, documenting, and implementing Copilot governance, compliance, and administration across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and related platforms. Responsibilities: Define and implement Copilot governance, compliance, and enforcement. Lead governance working sessions with stakeholders. Provide guidance, training, and documentation for Copilot and Power Platform use. Support ATO processes and readiness assessments for Copilot use. Design & implement centralized administration, monitoring, and compliance. Lead rollout of Copilot capabilities and provide technical support for integration with Power Platform. Qualifications: BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years in Azure systems architecture design & implementation. 5+ years in Power Platform architecture and development. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot Control System, Purview, Power Platform, and Azure. Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and data privacy standards. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. PL-900 certification required. Preferred: Microsoft certifications in M365, Power Platform, or Azure AI; prior experience deploying AI/automation in enterprise environments.
