Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Secretary - Senior/Associate/Assistant Manager, located in the Orchard Area of Singapore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Corporate Secretary will be responsible for managing corporate governance, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining company records. The role involves liaising with regulatory bodies, coordinating board meetings, and providing administrative support to senior management.
