Corporate Travel Agent with Sabre Experience

One of the largest, independently owned business travel management companies in the world, ATG has been a leader in business travel consulting, technology innovation and management for 29 years. We are seeking Corporate Travel Agents to support our corporate business travel client's needs. We have various shift opportunities available. Responsibilities: · Handle end-to-end booking of air, car, hotel, and rail travel, ensuring accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with corporate travel policies. · Utilize advanced knowledge of global distribution systems (GDS) and booking platforms (e.g., Sabre) to facilitate smooth and efficient travel arrangements. · Manage inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to all bookings (domestic, international) promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. · Promote the acceptance of the lowest fare; applying discount programs appropriately · Troubleshoot and/or contact GDS help desk when and if appropriate to do so · Ability to handle high volume email requests and telephone calls with clients to facilitate the booking process, maintaining ATG SLA requirements REQUIRED SKILLS 3+ years in a Corporate Travel environment servicing business clients · High School graduate or equivalency required · Working experience with Global Distribution System, Native Sabre required · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Ability to work with top level executives · Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with travel planners · Bilingual with Spanish a plus · Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance • Work from home Experience: • Corporate Travel: 3 years (Required) • Sabre: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
