Cost Accountant (part time, contract role) (Remote)

If you're a self-starter who can juggle multiple client projects with ease and grace, then we'd love to meet you!What the position looks like:• Working with multiple clients each week across a variety of accounting platforms & tools• Focus on accounting responsibilities including cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations & month end close• This position is geared towards those looking for part-time work, with a potential to increase hours as client needs grow• Part-time, flexible hours based on your capacity & our client needs• 1099 contract roleRequirements:• Interest in building up your hours over time, this is not a full-time role to start• Expertise with cost accounting, including revenue recognition & cost of goods sold is required• Prior experience in an Accountant role is a must; ideally 2+ years• Accounting degree or equivalent work experience• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and practices• Outstanding organizational and time management skills• Experience with various accounting platforms (QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks Online, Xero, etc.) Benefits:• Part-time, flexible schedule• Opportunities for growth as the company grows• Mentorship from our experienced finance team• Fully remote day to day, with in-person team meetings & events in SLC, Utah Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
