Superside is looking for a Creative Lead with a post-production specialty to join our Video Services team. You’ll guide a group of talented video professionals—primarily junior editors—producing innovative, quick-turnaround content for global brands such as Meta, Amazon, Red Bull, and Shopify. This role blends hands-on creative oversight with people leadership—you’ll build efficient workflows, develop junior talent, and ensure world-class creative output. While you’ll be connected to accounts with heavy quick-edit needs, your primary responsibility will be to manage, mentor, and systemize processes so your team thrives. Reporting to the Creative Director of Video Services, you’ll maintain the highest creative standards while building a strong, process-driven culture. What You'll Do Lead creative video projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring excellence at every stage. Manage a junior-heavy post-production team, setting a high bar for output, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Design and implement lean, fast-turnaround workflows, working closely with producers to simplify and streamline processes. Provide on-project support, especially for quick-edit accounts, while remaining hands-on when needed. Mentor and upskill your team, with an emphasis on editing mastery, professional growth, and adoption of AI-assisted workflows. Ensure your team’s work aligns with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries. Monitor performance, utilization, and resourcing to support department growth. Foster a positive, resilient, and development-focused culture, ensuring juniors feel supported and equipped to succeed. Champion new tools, techniques, and practices to improve efficiency and quality. What You'll Need to Succeed 3+ years leading creative video teams in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Proven success managing and developing junior creative talent. Solid understanding of the full video production process, with hands-on expertise in post-production (e.g., editing, motion graphics, workflows). Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with AI creative tools. Experience building and optimizing production workflows, particularly for fast-turnaround content. Excellent client-facing communication skills and experience liaising with multiple stakeholders. Strategic mindset with the ability to align creative output with business goals. Collaborative leadership style, open to new ideas and driven to continuously improve team performance.
