Creative Script Adapter

Overview We’re seeking a Creative Script Adapter to transform romance and drama web novels into compelling, binge-worthy screenplays for mobile-first, vertical video storytelling. As part of our Paid Creator Program, this is a project-based collaboration — you will be compensated for each completed and approved script package. Writers with experience in adaptation, romance storytelling, or interactive formats are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Adapt web novel plots into high-quality screenplays for vertical streaming formats Analyze and enhance story structure, pacing, and character development Write original scenes and collaborate on revisions Optimize story elements using audience engagement data Provide feedback to peers and participate in script workshops Requirements Requirements 5+ years of professional screenwriting or adaptation experience Strong romance/drama storytelling skills Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Comfort with young adult romance/drama themes, including sensitive content Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Payment Terms： Payments are issued upon final acceptance of deliverables that meet all agreed project requirements and quality standards. Benefits Commitment: Project-based Contract； Compensation: Paid per completed and approved script package. Estimated range: $300–$500 per package (length/complexity-dependent).
