Critical Environment Technician Manager

Microsoft is seeking a Critical Environment Technician Manager to join their Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) team. This role will be responsible for managing a team in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services. The position involves overseeing critical environment equipment (HVAC, electrical, and mechanical), responding to incidents, performing maintenance, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed within Microsoft's global network of datacenters. Requirements Diploma/Bachelors/ Masters in Engineering with 8+ years of experience in managing Critical environment ( HVAC, Electrical and Mechanical equipment for large facilities including Data centers, IT services, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, military etc.) OR equivalent experience. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements 1+ year(s) people management experience. 1+ year(s) experience in a specialized area (e.g., mechanical field, electrical field, controls field) or related field.
