Williams College is introducing a newly created role for a CRM Integrity Analyst. In this position, you will leverage analytical skills to enhance CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and functionality to support fundraising and alumni engagement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate operational needs and use expertise to strengthen CRM systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance data structures, build and maintain reports, streamline workflows, and automate processes
- Design and implement system enhancements including queries, validations, and data structures
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and data integrity
- Evaluate, develop, code, test, implement, and document identified projects
- Simplify and automate tasks by reviewing existing processes
- Support system integrations, troubleshoot technical and data issues, and provide user support
- Partner with the Data Management team on key data entry work, including donations and constituent records
- Handle ad hoc tickets received from end users
- Serve as a backup when the Assistant Director is not available
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in data quality assurance or data maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with data quality, data maintenance, and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems
- Proficiency with Google applications
- Strong discretion in handling confidential information
- Experience evaluating processes and identifying improvements
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM queries, SQL, or other programming languages
- Experience with Slate CRM
- Experience with system integrations and data exchanges (SnapLogic a plus)
- Familiarity with advancement systems and business processes
