About the position The CSS Finance Apprentice role at Johnson & Johnson is designed for current college students pursuing an undergraduate degree. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, budget management, and data analysis within the healthcare sector. The apprentice will work in a flexible/hybrid schedule and will be involved in various financial tasks that support the Cardiovascular Specialty Solutions team. Responsibilities ? Prepare financial reports and provide insights on key drivers highlighting risks and opportunities , ? Manage and support budget reporting for both actuals and forecast , ? Prepare balance sheet reconciliations , ? Analyze large data sets and develop tools to enhance processes and provide insights to drive decisions , ? Manage and evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation , ? Support all compliance initiatives and activities , ? Demonstrate strong business partnering skills and support ad-hoc projects Requirements ? Current enrollment in a college/university pursuing an undergraduate degree , ? A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA , ? Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel , ?
