Curriculum Specialist, Grades 6-12

About the position Responsibilities • Deliver highly effective sales presentations of products to internal and external customers. • Foster relationships and leverage knowledge to increase sales. • Conduct professional development and in-service training of all products for new and current users. • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of selected products. • Conduct training for the internal sales force. • Build strong relationships with sales team members. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of teaching experience in Secondary Grades. • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and online/web-based tools. • Versatile technology skills. • Ability to travel overnight often (85%). • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. • Valid driver's license. • Residence near a major metropolitan airport. Nice-to-haves • Previous experience with curriculum selection preferred. • Ability to develop rapport with an audience and effectively respond to audience questions. • Previous teaching experience with McGraw Hill secondary math programs a plus. • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
