Customer Insights (CDP) Consultant

Skills required: Data Analysis: Ability to collect, process, and analyze large datasets to derive insights about customer behavior, preferences, and trends. Statistical Knowledge: Proficiency in statistical methods and the use of statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS) for data analysis. Data Visualization Tools: Skill in using tools such as Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights effectively. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics to understand customer interactions and history. Database Querying: Ability to write and execute SQL queries for extracting and analyzing data from databases.
