What you’ll be doing:
- Handling incoming inquiries.
- Managing WhatsApp communication and phone calls.
- Understanding client needs and building trust-based relationships.
- Organizing and conducting Zoom calls.
- Entering and managing data in CRM.
Who we’re looking for:
- Native English speaker or C1 level proficiency.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of investment instruments and terminology (required).
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and technologies.
