Key Responsibilities

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of call center experience within the last 3 years.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- A stable work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications include:
