ROLE OVERVIEW

About the Client: We are a virtual assistant company based in the United States. We are looking for a virtual assistant that can effectively handle inbound calls to answer inquiries and book appointments. You will be receiving phone calls from prospective customers for home services businesses such as cleaning companies, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, etc.

About the Role: You must be able to represent the client as if you are working in the client’s office and are a part of their company. You will answer the phone pleasantly and with a smile and recite our client’s standard greeting. We will train you how to answer customers’ questions and how to book appointments on our client’s CRM/scheduling platforms.

While speaking with the customer you will take detailed call summary notes, which includes the customer’s contact information, reason for inquiry and any other relevant information. This information will be recorded while speaking with the customer. After the phone call ends, you will send your call summary notes to our client. You must have great attention to detail and make sure there are no typos or missing information.
