About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As the primary point of contact for patients' billing inquiries, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving patient concerns, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding issues. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of patient calls while maintaining quality customer service and patient satisfaction
- Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution
- Perform other related customer service duties as assigned
- Answer patient calls within call center metric objectives
- Maintain HIPAA compliance guidelines and adhere to work schedule and call center phone procedures
- Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A High School degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical customer service role (previous call center experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Previous experience with medical billing systems (GE Centricity or EPIC experience preferred)

- Hourly pay: $13.40-$20.00 per hour
