About the Role
As a pivotal member of our customer service team, you will be the face and voice of our organization, providing top-notch service to a diverse group of stakeholders, including students, instructors, and other key individuals. Key Responsibilities

- Process payments securely, adhering to our strict privacy and compliance standards.

- Engage in outbound calls for general inquiries or to complete transactions.
- Advocate for our self-service options to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Relay common customer feedback to management to drive continuous improvement.
- Address returned mail promptly to maintain the accuracy of our database.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed to support the team and organization.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
