About the Role: Warehouse Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our team at our West Chester, PA location. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions with our customers, processing orders, and coordinating logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professionaloice, and courteousoiceoice manner
• Process orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Select carriers and coordinate with consignees for appointments
• Collaborate with CSR teams and LTL carriers to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Follow up on daily shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues that may arise
• Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed to support the customer service team

Essential Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Good computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on phone etiquette
• A keen attention to detail, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong follow-up skills, with the ability to resolve issues from start to finish
• Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays when required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and logistics principles
• Familiarity with customer service software and systems
