Why This Role Matters
As a member of the Borrower Success Team, you will be the frontline champion for borrowers seeking clarity and relief in the complex world of student loans. You will guide users through careerzynith’s suite of tools, help them enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs, and translate real‑world feedback into product enhancements. This is a remote, full‑time contractor position for an initial period of up to five months, with the potential for extension or a permanent role in New York City based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities

- Customer Interaction: Engage with borrowers via email, live chat, and occasional phone calls, delivering empathetic, clear, and timely support.
