You will guide users through careerzynith’s suite of tools, help them enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs, and translate real‑world feedback into product enhancements. This is a remote, full‑time contractor position for an initial period of up to five months, with the potential for extension or a permanent role in New York City based on performance and business needs.
