**The Role**
As a Customer Success Director at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of managers who support all clients, developing and maintaining trusted relationships with C-suite partner leaders, and creating growth strategies for our top-tier portfolio companies. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and winning new clients, presenting to and influencing potential and existing customers, and negotiating and closing transactions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee a team of managers who support all clients, providing guidance and direction to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite partner leaders, fostering a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
* Create and implement growth strategies for our top-tier portfolio companies, driving revenue growth and expansion.
* Present to and influence potential and existing customers using excellent communication skills, showcasing arenaflex's value proposition and solutions.
* Conduct regular financial data reviews and reports, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
* Negotiate and close transactions, leveraging your expertise and relationships to secure new business opportunities.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience as a sales executive/client partner - or equivalent - in the B2B and SaaS industries.
* Extensive experience in customer relationship management, closing deals, and developing long-term client relationships.
* Executive-level planning and strategizing skills, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue expansion.
* Proven ability to deliver visually appealing presentations, with a strong focus on storytelling and persuasion.
* Outstanding team management abilities, with experience in role definition, staffing strategies, and team development.
* Advanced negotiating abilities, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and an advanced command of the English language.
