Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class customer experience to our early adopters, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

- Design and execute customer training and enablement sessions using a "train the coach" model to enable scale.
- Create and implement customer success plans that outline goals, potential challenges, KPIs, and timelines.
