Job Summary

As a Customer Success Representative at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for supporting clients and resolving moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services through telephone. Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients and resolve moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services through telephone
• Perform routine tasks such as responding to inquiries, settling issues, and providing a top-tier client experience while complying with work rules, policies, and guidelines
• Get guidance from management and escalate non-routine inquiries while responding to requests or settling issues
• Resolve client issues in a friendly and respectful manner

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing the needs of clients or solving client issues, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
