As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner

Educational Qualifications
