About the position Responsibilities • Coordinate and perform systems integration testing, troubleshooting, and analysis for financial services applications. • Create test files and messages, configure, stage, and deliver files via testing channels. • Engage with customers to understand their testing needs and represent the Voice of the Customer (VOC) for product development. • Consult with customers on setup, configuration, testing, and alignment to FRFS requirements. • Seek opportunities to simplify and improve processes and procedures across the team and other FRFS areas. • Troubleshoot moderately complex issues related to systems integration and configuration, including researching and documenting issues. • Provide Saturday support for customers performing Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) and regular testing in DIT environments. • Participate in projects or workgroups to collaborate on improvement initiatives, including hosting meetings and documenting business requirements. • Support testing activities such as Business Continuity, Operational Readiness, and application conversions/enhancements. Requirements • 2-5 years of experience supporting customers with a record of providing outstanding service. • BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience. • Prior work experience supporting testing initiatives. • Experience with experiential (user) testing and working with internal and external parties. • Understanding of payments systems or systems with equivalent complexity required. • Prior experience working with Agile methodologies desired. • Knowledge of key support tools and applications such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Fedline is highly preferred. • Ability to quickly grasp in-depth understanding of procedures and automated systems. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Excellent teamwork and customer service skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience with Agile methodologies. • Knowledge of specific applications like Dynatrace, Splunk, and various Fed services.
