In this role, you will:
- Maintain the overall health, availability, and performance of the CyberArk platform, ensuring systems are up to date and operating efficiently
- Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and system monitoring
- Support and manage CyberArk integrations with internal systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and triage complex or high-impact issues, driving resolution in a timely manner
- Partner with internal teams and external Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to support the end-to-end CyberArk ecosystem
- Implement and maintain security best practices for privileged access management
- Monitor platform usage and recommend improvements to optimize performance and scalability
- Assist with onboarding new applications, accounts, and systems into CyberArk
- Maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and procedures
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering CyberArk PAM solutions (e.g., PAS, CPM, PVWA, PSM)
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and security best practices
- Experience with system integrations, including APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience working with or alongside a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell or similar) is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise security environments
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) frameworks
- CyberArk certifications (e.g., Defender, Sentry) are a plus
