Role Overview
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Czech Speaking Reservations Agent to support Booking.com operations in Greece. This role provides an exciting opportunity to use your Czech language skills to assist customers with accommodation reservations and deliver excellent customer service within the travel industry.
What You Will Do
Assist Czech-speaking customers with booking accommodations via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding properties, pricing, and Booking.com policies. Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is required; English skills are a plus. Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality industry is preferred.
