We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting data operations for class action settlements. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of data analysts responsible for managing, processing, and analyzing large volumes of client data. The role involves data wrangling, transformation, validation, analysis, and loading client data into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. This position is ideal for an early-career professional with approximately two years of experience working with data and databases, who is comfortable writing complex SQL queries and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative data environment.     WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU §  Import, clean, validate, and load raw client data into internal systems §  Perform data wrangling and transformation to ensure data integrity and usability §  Develop, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries §  Work with relational databases and structured data models §  Design and manage table structures and relationships §  Aggregate and analyze data to support case requirements §  Join and extract data from multiple internal and external sources §  Support ETL workflows and data pipeline processes §  Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness §  Work extensively in SQL Server for analysis, validation, and reporting §  Collaborate with internal teams to meet case deadlines and deliverables   WHAT WE OFFER Competitive base salary compensation Discretionary bonus plan Medical, dental, and vision coverage (self and family) Critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity coverage Employer matched 401(k) retirement plan Company paid holidays Generous PTO program Opportunities for advancement and career development Requirements ›      Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. ›      Approximately 2+ years of experience developing complex SQL queries ›      2+ years of experience working with databases ›      2+ years of experience working with and analyzing data ›      Strong SQL skills, preferably with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) ›      Proficiency in T-SQL ›      Solid understanding of relational databases, table structures, and data relationships ›      Experience writing complex queries, joins, and aggregations ›      Experience extracting and integrating data from multiple sources ›      Strong data wrangling and data management skills ›      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel ›      Experience with ETL workflows ›      Ability to communicate complex technical logic to non-technical team members ›      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ›      High attention to detail and data accuracy   Preferred ›      Experience working with class action settlements or case-related data ›      Knowledge of Power BI ›      Knowledge of Azure SQL ›      Experience with Alteryx ›      Proficiency in Python ›      Experience with MS Access ›      Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
