About the position Responsibilities • Perform complex data analysis and reporting using SQL, Databricks, and Power BI • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making • Present key findings and insights to clients and leadership • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities Requirements • 2+ years of relevant experience • Intermediate experience with credit/financial reporting • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation • Knowledge of Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation • Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Office product suite, and other technology tools Nice-to-haves • Azure Cosmos DB experience • Experience combining data from different systems into one report • Project management or process improvement experience • Proven programming skills for developing custom solutions • Proven excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven advanced analytical skills Benefits • Comprehensive benefits package • Incentive and recognition programs • Equity stock purchase • 401k contribution Apply tot his job
