About the Role: Key Responsibilities

- Drive the adoption of data processing and analytics within the Hadoop ecosystem, and cross-train team members to enhance overall capabilities
- Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address complex business questions and challenges
- Guide cross-functional initiatives involving stakeholders across the organization, vendors, and partners
- Develop data marts and insights that provide a comprehensive understanding of our business, driving informed decision-making

Essential Qualifications: The Foundation for Success
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field
- 3+ years of IT experience in software development, with a focus on programming languages like Java, Python, and Scala
- 2+ years of experience working with Big Data technologies such as PySpark, Hadoop, Hive, HBASE, Kafka, and Nifi
- 2+ years of experience with relational database management systems like MS SQL Server, Prophet, and Teradata
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling complex problems with data and analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural curiosity and passion for resolving challenges
- Legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
