Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Enter data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Document Type Identification: Identify document types based on provided documentation, utilizing your analytical skills.
- Data Quality Verification: Review and verify entered data to meet or exceed quality requirements, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Confidentiality and Security: Maintain the confidentiality of client data, following HIPAA standards and guidelines.
- Collaboration and Communication: Professionally interact with other staff members as needed, providing excellent customer service.
- Process Improvement: Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, demonstrating your problem-solving skills.
- Task Completion: Work until all tasks are completed for the day, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and manage your workload.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other basic office duties as assigned, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Self-Motivation: A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and move quickly, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail while being efficient, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work.
- Quick Learner: A quick learner, able to follow basic or difficult instructions when needed, and adapt to new processes and systems.
- Confidentiality: Required to maintain confidentiality of client data, following HIPAA standards and guidelines.
- Language Skills: Must be able to read and speak English, with excellent communication skills.
Typing Test Requirements
- WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy.
- KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in data entry, healthcare, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with data entry software, systems, and tools, including QuickClaim.
