Position Overview
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the backbone of our document processing pipeline. You will work with a steady stream of scanned images, electronic forms, and other healthcare‑related documents, entering critical data into our proprietary QuickClaim system. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that every record meets stringent quality standards and complies with HIPAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Input data from a continuous supply of images and electronic documents into the QuickClaim platform with speed and precision.
- Document Classification: Identify and categorize document types based on visual cues and accompanying metadata.
- Quality Assurance: Review entered information to confirm it meets or exceeds careerzynith’s quality benchmarks; correct any discrepancies promptly.
- HIPAA Compliance: Safeguard all Personal Health Information (PHI) by following strict confidentiality protocols and industry‑standard security practices.
- Collaboration: Communicate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional staff to resolve ambiguities and improve workflow efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Offer actionable suggestions for enhancing data entry procedures, system interfaces, or documentation guidelines.
- Task Completion: Manage daily workload to ensure all assigned tasks are finished before the end of your shift.

Required Qualifications
